Privacy policy

How we handle the personal data you share with us through this website. Last updated: October 2026.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Business Veritas Gateway FZC, Block B, B50-116, SRTI Park Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("BVG", "we"). For any privacy question, email hello@uaepoland.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself: through the contact form, the service request form, by email or on WhatsApp. This can include your name, company, country, email address, phone number, information about your planned business, and the content of your message.

Please do not send us passport copies or other identity documents through the website. When documents are needed for a service, we request them separately through a secure channel.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer your request and prepare a quote, at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To reply to general questions and keep a record of our correspondence, based on our legitimate interest in running our business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To meet legal obligations that apply once you become a client, such as record keeping (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who receives your data

Your data is handled by BVG staff who need it to respond to you. It is also processed by service providers that help us run this website and our communication, such as our web hosting provider, the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, and our email provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

BVG is based in the United Arab Emirates, and some of our service providers are based in the United States. When you send us your details, they are transferred outside the EEA. Transfers to us are necessary to respond to your request before a possible contract (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR). For our service providers, we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your request. If no cooperation follows, we delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep the data for as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us at hello@uaepoland.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising, does not track you, and does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Your data is only sent to a third party when you submit a form or choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
